How a Collaboration with First Select
Property Ltd works

First Select Property Ltd agree to display
a selection of your prestige properties for sale on the
www.first-select.org website. Properties must have a
sales price of 500,000 euros or more. Properties remain on the web site
until sold.

Choose whether you wish to add and
maintain your prestige properties on
www.first-select.org yourself using our
agent login
area or if you would prefer the First Select Property Ltd team
to add and maintain your prestige properties on your behalf.

If you choose to add and maintain the
properties yourself then we will ask you to agree to a 25% collaboration
agreement.

If you choose First Select Property Ltd to
add and maintain the properties on your behalf then we will ask you to
agree to a 40% collaboration agreement.

The 25% collaboration agreement outlines that
we will agree to display the prestige properties that you upload to our
website until they are sold. In the event that a sales lead generated by our
website results in a sale of any property in your portfolio -
regardless of whether that property was advertised on our site or not - then
you agree to pay First Select Property Ltd 25% (HT) of the commission that
you receive from the sale. It is FREE to add properties to the website, and
there is no limit to the number of properties that you can add to the site,
providing that the properties have a sales value of 500,000 euros or more.

The 40% collaboration agreement outlines that
we will agree to display the prestige properties that we upload to our
website and maintain them on your behalf until they are sold. We can
take/copy the prestige property details and photographs from your website,
or you can send them to us by e-mail. In the event that a sales lead
generated by our website results in a sale of any property in
your portfolio - regardless of whether that property was advertised on our
site or not - then you agree to pay First Select Property Ltd 40% (HT) of
the commission that you receive from the sale. It is FREE to add properties
to the website, and there is no limit to the number of properties that we
can add on your behalf to the site, providing that the properties have a
sales value of 500,000 euros or more.
