Best book I came across to date on Property Financial Analysis
I was not sure if this book would work for me. I bought several other books on financial analysis, but I always found them either to be too dry or too complex.

Wow, now this is a great reference book for investment calculations. Not only does he provide formulas, but Frank also explains the use and the Rules of Thumbs are great.
